Fitness on the go

The Nike+ Training Club application has helped millions of users get fit on both iOS and Android. This session describes how we manage content within the app in 18 languages (including Arabic) for a variety of network speeds whilst not compromising on quality and design. We’ll also look at how the app allows users to consume content with Apple TV or Chromecast.

Adrian Hon , Six to Start

Making fitness fun

With two million players, Zombies, Run! is the world's most successful fitness game for smartphones. Like Six to Start's other fitness games, it uses a potent combination of gameplay, real-world interaction, and storytelling to create an intensely fun and motivation workout experience. Adrian Hon, CEO of Six to Start, will talk about the design and development process of Zombies, Run!, and the important lessons it holds for the future of digital fitness.

Matt Sullivan , Google

Developing fitness apps on Android

With the advent of platforms like Google Fit and HealthKit, the ability to incorporate fitness elements into mobile apps has never been simpler. This talk explores how to access and use fitness data on Android – even in apps that may not be fitness focussed – to better engage users and promote healthier lifestyles.
